In the beginning of the day 1 of Sri Lanka 8 days tour, your tourist driver will pickup you at Bandaranayake International Airport, in Colombo or at the hotel you stay. Day 1 : Colombo to Anuradhapura
Our driver will pick up you from Colombo or Bandaranayake International Airport. Then you will proceed directly to Anuradhapura. There you will visit Anuradhapura ancient city. During this day you will travel to various Buddhist temples with ancient value and ruins of this amazing city.
First, you will travel to Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi tree. This is one of the main shrines of Buddhists. Then you visit Ruwanweliseya stupa. During the Anuradhapura ancient city tour you visit Lowamahapaya, Thuparama stupa, Abhayagiriya temple, Jethawanaramaya temple, Samadhi Buddha statue, twin ponds, moonstone, Isurumuniya and some other locations.
At the end of the first day of Sri Lanka 8 days tour you will stay overnight in Anuradhapura.

Day 2 : Anuradhapura to Sigiriya
- At the beginning of the second day of Sri Lanka 8 days tour, you will travel to Sigiriya from Anuradhapura via Dambulla.
- Your first visit of the day is Dambulla. Here you can visit Dambulla Cave Temple and Dambulla Golden Temple. Then you will proceed to Sigiriya. On the way to Sigiriya, you can visit Kandalama Lake. In the Sigiriya Village, you can have an evening village tour.

Day 3 : Sigiriya to Kandy
- At the beginning of the third day of Sri Lanka 8 days tour you will visit Sigiriya Lion Rock. This world famous Rock Fortress is one of the major tour places to visit in Sri Lanka.
- After visiting Sigiriya Rock then the tour proceed to Matale. On the way to Matale you can visit Matale Hindu Temple. Then you can visit Spice Garden if you like. You will next visit to Nalanda Gedige. This place is the absolute center of Sri Lanka.
- Then proceed to Kandy and visit Temple of Tooth in the afternoon. You next visit will be Kandy city tour. You can watch a traditional dancing show in the evening.
- Driver will drop you to the hotel in Kandy where you stay overnight.
You will visit the following places on this day.
- Sigiriya Lion Rock
- Matale Hindu Temple
- Nalanda Gedige
- Temple of Tooth
Day 4 : Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
- In the beginning of the day, you will travel to Peradeniya to see Royal Botanical Garden.
- After that, visit to see a tea plantation. There you can have an experience of how the Ceylon tea is producing.
- Then visit Ramboda falls. After that, proceed to Nuwara Eliya. There you will do a city tour in Nuwara Eliya. During this city tour you will see, Gregory Lake and the Gregory Park. in addition to these places you will visit many other tour destinations in Nuwara Eliya.
- Then driver will drop to the hotel where you stay overnight at Nuwara Eliya.

- Ramboda Waterfalls
- Nuwara Eliya City Tour
Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya to Ella
- In the morning of day 5 you will visit Horton Plains National Park. There you will visit to see the Baker’s falls, Great World’s End and Mini World’s End.
- After that driver will drop you at the Nanuoya railway station. From here to Ella you will travel by the train. This train journey is fabulous. You can see many beautiful sceneries along the journey. If you are able to book observation tickets you can have a better experience.
- Driver will pick up you at Ella railway station and drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight at Ella.
During the fifth day, you will travel to the following places.
- Horton Plains National Park
- Great Worlds End
- Mini Worlds End
- Baker’s Falls
- Nanuoya to Ella Train Journey
Day 6 : Ella to Tissamaharama
- You will travel to Ella Rock in the morning of the sixth day of Sri Lanka 8 days tour. After that you will travel to Little Adam’s Peak, Nine Arches Bridge and Ravana waterfalls.
- Then you will start proceeding down to Tissamaharama. On the way to Tissamaharama you can visit Buduruwagala Ancient Temple.
- At the end of the day driver will drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight at Tissamaharama.

- Ella Rock
- Little Adam’s Peak
- Nine Arches Bridge
- Ravana Waterfalls
- Buduruwagala Ancient Temple
Day 7 : Tissamaharama to Mirissa
- You will visit Yala National Park in the morning of the seventh day of Sri Lanka 8 days tour. There you will go on a wildlife safari.
- After that you will proceed to Tangalle for taking a relaxation on wide sandy Tangalle Beach. Then proceed to Mirissa. On the way to Mirissa you will see the blow hole.
- Then driver will drop you at a hotel at Mirissa for overnight stay.

Day 8 : Mirissa to Negombo
- You will go for a Whale and Dolphin watching in the morning of day 8. After finishing the whale watching you will proceed to see a turtle hatchery.
- Then proceed to Galle. Here you can visit Galle Dutch Fort and a city tour in Galle. After finishing the city tour, you will return to Colombo or direct to Bandaranayake Airport for departure.
